英文摘要	发展与转型是新中国60年经济发展的主旋律。从1949年到1978年是中国从不发达的市场体制过渡到计划经济的过程,在这个过程经历了计划体制的有效期、低效期和混乱期,计划体制的绩效递减趋势明显。而从1979至2008年则是从计划经济逐步转向社会主义市场经济体制的过程。在这个过程中虽然经济增长一路高歌,但即便在1992年明确社会主义市场经济体制后,中国的经济增长仍维系在地方政府主导的投资拉动型经济增长模式中。虽然这种增长是高速的,但其内在的低效率和不和谐也是很突出的。要保持经济可持续发展,必须进一步深化体制改革,完成从政府主导的市场经济向市场主导的市场经济的过渡。; Economic development and transformation has been the main theme of China's development during the last 60 years.From 1949 to 1978,China's economic system was shifted from an underdeveloped market economy to planned economy,which saw the latter's declining performance pattern from some positive effects to its eventual inefficiency,chaos,and failure.From 1979 to 2008,China's economy was gradually shifted from planned economy to socialist market economy,during which it witnessed soaring economic development and positive changes.But,such economic development was sustained by the investment-oriented economic growth model promoted by local governments.Under such a model,China's economic growth rate has been high,but problems such as internal inefficiency and disharmony are salient.It is,therefore,argued that in order to ensure sustainable economic development we must further deepen our economic structural reform and make efforts to complete the transition from government-led market economy to market-led market economy.; 教育部研究基地重大项目“转轨深化、经济结构调整与可持续发展”(2009JJD790039);国家社科基金一般项目“新中国60年经济发展与制度变迁的互动关系与经验教训研究”(09BJL002)
