英文摘要	《海峡西岸经济区发展规划》已经国务院批复。如何把海西经济区建成科学发展之区、改革开放之区、文明祥和之区、生态优美之区,用什么样的方式来确保海西经济区较快的发展速度,本文在对厦漳泉经济实力进行分析的基础上,提出了打造厦漳泉同城经济主体,促进海西经济区发展的几点建议。; The West-straits Economic Zone Development Plan has been approved by the State Council.As for how to build the West-straits Economic Zone as the district of scientific development, the district of reform and opening up, the district of civility and harmony, and the district of elegant ecosystem, what mode to ensure the rapid development of the West-straits Economic Zone, this paper puts forward some suggestions on forging economic entity of Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Quanzhou to promote economic development of the West-straits Economic Zone based on the empirical analysis of XiaZhangQuan city economies concerning economic strength.
