| 英文摘要 | 近年来安溪茶产业迅速发展,但安溪县茶行业协会却并没有随之得到应有的发展。本文将把运作比较成熟的台湾茶商会与安溪茶行业协会作对比分析,运用组织化行为理论,结合实地调研的情况,构设出一种尽可能符合安溪实际情况的未来茶行业协会的构建模式。; Anxi tea industry developed rapidly in recent years,but the Tea Industry Association Anxi County,but did not subsequently been properly developed.This article will compare the operation of mature tea in Taiwan Chamber of Commerce and Anxi tea industry associations for comparative analysis,using organized behavior theory,combined with field research situation,set up a structure as much as possible in line with the actual situation in the future of Anxi tea industry associations to build model. |
