英文摘要	随着世界金融危机的蔓延和我国经济增速的下滑,适时改变我国经济增长方式迫在眉睫。经济从衰退到复苏,再到实现新的增长,只有在新的结构下才有可能。当前尤其应着力调整消费结构和产业结构,过度依赖以人为压低劳动力和资源价格为前提的加工贸易和投资来驱动经济增长已难以为继。扩大国内居民消费将成为驱动我国未来经济增长的主要力量。如果宏观经济政策看不到这点,片面推行扩张性的财政和货币政策,将扭曲市场调整结构信号,本应调整的结构得不到及时调整,其结果将可能是经济的滞涨。; With the spreading of the global economic crisis and the decreasing of the growth pace of Chinese economy,it is emergent for us to change our economic policies.It is possible for the economy to recover from the decline only under the new economic structure.Currently,the urgent task is to adjust the consumption structure and industry structure.Unsustainable is the economic growth from the processing industry,trading and investment because it is over dependant on low price of personnel and price resource.In future,it will be a main resource of the economic growth to enlarge the civil consumption.If this is ignored by the macro economy,the partial expansion of the financial and monetary policy may twist the signal of market adjustment,which may result in the standstill of economy instead of economic adjustment.
