英文摘要	自凯恩斯以来,财政政策对经济增长的效应一直是经济学研究的热点。在改革开放30周年之际,对我国财政政策的路径和绩效进行综合性的分析,显然有助于宏观经济的研究和政策优化。文章考察了1979-2007年的大量宏微观经济数据,并基于财政政策要素组成的数据特点,采用结构性的VAr协整检验和脉冲响应模型,以实证的方式解析了我国财政政策的路径演化和动态效应。; Under the influence of Keynes's economic theories,the impact of fiscal policy on economic is always a focus of economic studies.The analyses of path and performance of fiscal policy in China help to make researches on macro-economics and optimize policies.On the basis of the time series data from 1979 to 2007 in China,the paper builds a structural VAR model and makes an empirical test on path evolution of fiscal policy and its dynamic effect.; 厦门大学经济学院开放性实验课程校内基金项目资助
