英文摘要	2007年以来我国农产品价格呈加速上涨趋势,深入探讨农产品价格上涨的原因并寻求对策,对于当前宏观调控目标实现具有重要理论实际意义。我国在应对外部金融冲击,实施汇率稳定政策时,外汇储备、汇率和农产品价格间存在动态调整行为。理论和实证研究均发现,针对我国目前实施的有管理浮动汇率制度而产生的国际金融冲击和汇率平价的调整行为,都会影响国内农产品价格。为维持相对较低廉的粮价体系,我国政府一方面应进行合理的货币政策和汇制设计以应对外部金融冲击,另一方面应坚持目前运作成功的农产品价格稳定政策,以保证农产品价格稳定。; Since 2007 the prices of agricultural products have been going up steadily in China.This paper argues that it has both theoretical and practical significance for the realization of the objectives of our country's macro-control program to embark on studies of factors behind such increases in price in order to find countermeasures and solutions.Dynamic adjusting behaviors occur among foreign exchange reserves,exchange rates and the prices of agricultural products when China deals with external financial shocks and implements its stable exchange rate policy.The dynamic adjusting behaviors can account for the rise of prices of China's agricultural products in recent years.Both theories and empirical studies show that the prices of domestic agricultural products are affected by both international financial shocks targeted at China's managed floating rate system and adjusting behaviors of exchange rate parity.In order to maintain the system of relatively low prices of grain,the Chinese government should on the one hand implement a rational monetary policy and exchange rate system to weather external financial shocks and on the other hand stick to the current successful,stable price system for agricultural products so as to ensure the stability of their prices.; 国家社科基金项目“支持非公有制经济进入金融服务领域研究”(06CJY002)
