| 英文摘要 | 大学社会责任概念的模糊性制约、阻碍了大学社会责任理论与实践的进一步发展。本文回顾了大学社会责任概念产生、形成、发展的历史与研究现状,并对其进行了重新界定与阐释:大学社会责任是大学通过透明和伦理方式,有效管理其活动并对利益相关方和环境所产生影响的理念与行动,其内容是“份内之事“与“份外之事“的有机统一,其目的是实现大学、社会、人与环境的可持续发展。; The Ambiguity of the concept of University Social Responsibility(USR)has obstructed the further development on its theory and practice.The article has reviewed the history of USR concept's generation,formation and development and its current research,redefined the USR and explained the new definition.The USR is an idea and behavior that universities effectively manage the impact of its activities on stakeholders and the environment through transparent and ethical modes,and its content is the organic unity of " the matter within duty" and " the matter super duty",and its aim is to achieve the sustainable development of the university,society,human and environment.; 湖南省教育厅科研项目(12A110); 2014年湖南省社科基金年度西部项目(14YBX025); 湖南省教育科学规划课题“武陵山区本科院校转型发展研究:人才培养的视角”(XJK014BGD063);湖南省教育科学规划课题“民族地区地方高校促进大学毕业生创业政策绩效研究”(XJK014AJC003) |
