英文摘要	我国高校教师发展中心建设体现了供给主导型的制度逻辑,是政府权力主导下的教师发展的实践改革,而非大学组织的自发行为。这也是我国高校教师发展实践一直以来的政府主导特征的延续。教师发展中心建设标志着大学开始将教师发展作为一项系统工程来对待,整合了国家制度安排、大学发展及教师自我实现的多方诉求,其根本在于实现教师发展的自觉行动。基于此,我国高校教师发展中心建设应遵循以国家制度为向导构建该机构的一般组织框架,以知识为发展的主要内容,满足不同高校教师发展的特殊性要求。; A institutional logics depended on supplements leads a construction of university FD center in China, which is a practice of FD by the political power of government but not a behavior from the university.This is a inheritance of government dominant character of university FD in China.FD center construction show that FD is regarded as a systematic project to integrate the interests from institutional arrangement, university development and teacher's development, which is in order to achieve a goal of Spontaneous actions of FD.So the construction of FD center should obey the national institutions to form a general structure of organization and regards the knowledge as the core content in order to meet with the special requirement of FD in different universities.
