英文摘要	SWOT分析矩阵是战略规划制定过程中重要的战略匹配工具。它通过借助其他分析技术进行环境扫描,明确来自大学外部的机会与挑战,结合大学自身的优势与劣势,匹配SO、ST、WO、WT四个战略。由于它具有操作简便、限制条件少等优点,因而广泛应用于战略规划制定之中,但也存在忽视大学环境的复杂性、过度依赖规划者的经验判断等问题。因此,在大学战略规划的制定中,SWOT分析矩阵的应用要兼顾大学组织的特殊性与复杂性,明确其作为分析方法的实质,避免将其作为战略规划制定的主导理念。; SWOT analysis matrix is a major tool for developing strategic plans.It uses some other analysis tools to scan the environment to know the outside opportunities and threats.Combining with universities' own strengths and weaknesses it forms the four strategies of SO,ST,WO,WT.Due to its advantages of easy operation and having less limitation it has been widely used for developing strategic plans.However,it also has some disadvantages such as ignoring the complexity of university environment,excessively depending on users' experience etc.Therefore,using SWOT analysis matrix for making strategic plans needs consider the specialty and complexity of universities,and make clear about it being an analytical tool rather than the dominant philosophy for strategic planning.
