英文摘要“教学与科研相统一“的教育理想在高等教育实践领域遭遇寒流且出现“重科研而轻教学“的教育怪象。这种现象背后反映出教师个体或群体的行为决策受制度性因素的根本制约,即合法性机制和趋同化机制对教师行为具有塑造与强化的作用。因此,建立并完善合理、有效的学术评价制度是走出教学与科研关系迷局的根本策略。; The education ideal of " Unity of Teaching and Research" is suffering a cold snap and appears such education phenomenon that a large number of teachers attach great importance to research and look down on teaching in the practice field of higher education.The phenomenon reflects the teachers' behavior decisions of the individual or group is conditioned by institutional factors in the root.Namely,the teachers' behaviors are shaped and strengthened by legitimacy mechanism and commoditization mechanism.Therefore,to establish and perfect the reasonable and effective academic evaluation system is the fundamental strategy out of the relationship puzzle.
