中国通识教育20年:进展、困境与出路; The Progress,Dilemma and Outlet of Chinese General Education in the Past 20 Years

英文摘要通识教育在高等教育学界是一个蕴含丰富而又极具争议的话题。它以教育对象的广泛性、教育目的的解放性和教育内容的均衡性等核心理念而备受推崇。回顾中国通识教育20年的历程可以发现:“自上而下“的文化素质教育与“自下而上“的通识教育形成了特色鲜明的两个阶段,前十年以文化素质教育为主,而近十年通识教育渐居主流且显露出本土特色。这一变化折射出通识教育实践从“政府主导“向“高校自主“转化,也反映出我国通识教育探索日渐深入。我国通识教育实践仍面临着专业教育与通识教育难以融合的困境,为此必须采取合适的措施才能走出困境。; General Education is a very meaningful and controversial issue in higher education.Its universality on the educated,liberation on purpose andharmony on content was highly valued.Looking back atthe past 20 year to carry out the Cultural Quality Education in China,it can be found out that there has been two different phases.One is top-down Cultural Quality Education in the first 10 years,another is bottom-up General Education with native stigma in the recent 10 years.It reflects the changing from"government domination"to"universities autonomy"and deepening of General Education in our country.However,Chinese General Education still faces some abstruseness with professional education.Only when we take some effective measures,these problems canbe solved.; 教育部哲学社会科学研究重大委托项目“中国特色高等教育思想体系研究”(13JZDW004001)
