英文摘要大学教师发展已然成为世界高等教育的重大议题。遗憾的是,大学教师发展的概念仍未得以澄清,这在很大程度上阻碍了大学教师发展的具体实践乃至高等教育质量的提升。通过对概念的历史梳理与逻辑解析并运用马克斯·韦伯的“理想类型“,我们可以从发展理念、发展结构、发展内容以及发展使命四个方面对大学教师发展的概念做出初步界定。; Faculty development has become an important topic of higher education in the world.Unfortunately, the concept of faculty development is still not clear, to a large extent, which hinders the concrete practice of faculty development and the quality of higher education.It was found that a preliminary definition of faculty development can be made from the four aspects of development concept, structure, content and mission with the combination of history and logical analysis and with the application of Max Weber 's "ideal type".; 教育部哲学社会科学研究重大委托项目(13JZDW004001)
