英文摘要	当前,提高高等教育质量是全世界大学共同关心的问题,成立服务于大学教师发展的专门机构也因此成为大学的普遍选择。运用内容分析法和词频分析法对30个国家级教师教学示范中心陈述稿进行分析后可知,我国大学教师教学发展示范中心有六大核心使命,即:教学研究、咨询服务、示范辐射、教师培训、质量评估和资源共享。为推动大学教师可持续发展,我国教师发展机构今后应注重倡导多元化的教学研究、提供针对性的咨询服务、开展宽领域的区域服务等。; Currently, improving the quality of higher education has been a common issue of universities worldwide,and setting up special agencies to serve the faculty development has become a popular choice of universities.By using content analysis and word frequency analysis to study their presentation statements,we found that the 30 national centers for teaching excellence in China had six core missions including teaching research,consulting services,exemplary ramification,teacher training,quality assessment and resource sharing.To promote the sustainable development of university teachers,the agencies should propose diversified teaching research plans,provide targeted advisory services as well as carry out wide- ranging regional services.; 教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地2014年度重大项目“大学教师发展的理念、内涵、方式与动力”(14JJD88003)
