| 英文摘要 | 发展应用技术大学是我国高等教育发展中出现的一个新命题,它的出现是为了解答大批新建本科院校发展定位问题,也是为了解答我国高等教育办学结构优化问题。但要促进应用技术大学顺利发展,就必须进一步明确应用技术大学的确切内涵和评判标准,需要转变人们关于大学的传统观念,需要选择得力的大学领导人,特别是要促进大学办学实现开放化,真正应答社会经济发展需要,真正呼应市场的需要。; It is a new issue for Chinese higher education to develop applied technology colleges,which aim at solving the problem of orientation of the newly-founded undergraduate colleges and optimizing the structure of Chinese higher education.Now the applied technology college has a lot of work to do:its connotation and standard of evaluation should be identified very clearly,the out-dated ideas of university should be changed completely,and right-hand leadership of the school should be chosen timely.It is especially necessary to open up the running mechanism of the university and respond to the demands of social economy development and the market.; 教育部哲学社会科学研究重大委托项目(13JZDW004001) |
