英文摘要	地方本科院校向应用技术大学转型需遵循历史演进的逻辑、高等教育分类的逻辑以及实然与应然的逻辑。转型中面临不少的困境,如地方大学自我认同隐藏危机,行政统一规制与大学多元发展出现矛盾,不同类型院校转型面临分歧,应用型教师队伍建设遭遇瓶颈。此外,建设应用技术大学的若干关键性问题尚难以突破,如何化解困境是实现转型的关键。; Local undergraduate colleges and universities transform to applied technology universities need to follow the logic of historical evolution,higher education classification,as well as the reality and ought to be.The local undergraduate colleges and universities facing many difficulties such as identity hidden crisis,contradictions between administrative regulation and diversified development,different types of colleges and universities facing divergence,applied teachers team construction encounter bottlenecks.In addition,the construction of the university of applied technology is still difficult to break through,how to resolve the dilemma is the key to the transformation of applied technology university.; 教育部人文社科规划基金一般项目“高等教育管理价值体系的理论与实践研究”(项目编号:13YJA880012); 福建省社会科学研究一般项目“应用型本科人才培养质量研究”(项目编号:2011B241)的研究成果之一
