| 英文摘要 | 近年来,我国部分高校进行了招生综合评价录取改革的大胆尝试。调查发现,招生综合评价录取改革遭遇了不少困境,诸如建立科学客观的评价标准较为困难,综合评价录取政策宣传不足,面试环节遭遇人情质疑,城乡学生录取比例明显失调,招生录取成本显著加大。为更有效地推进改革,需转变政府职能,扩大高校招生自主权;坚持统一考试,逐步推进多元录取;注重特色发展,切实提升自主自律;逐步转变观念,真正实现综合评价;正视城乡差异,合理设定招生比例。; In recent years,some universities in China had attempted to carry on the comprehensive evaluation in college admission.The survey found that the reform of comprehensive evaluation in admission had encountered such difficulties as the following:establishing a scientific and objective evaluation standard was difficult;the propaganda of comprehensive evaluation admission policy was insufficient;human relationship penetrated the interview process;imbalance between urban and rural admission proportion became more obvious;and,admission cost increased significantly.It was necessary to transform government function,and promote the university admission gradually;to adhere to the unified exam,and guide diversified admission effectively;to pay attention to the characteristics of development,and promote self-discipline;to change the idea gradually,and realize the comprehensive evaluation reform faithfully,and to confront the differences between urban and rural areas,and set a reasonable admissions proportion.; 教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大课题(13JJD880011) |
