英文摘要	经济教育变革引发的高考招生区域失衡与生源阶层差距扩大,是实施向中西部贫困地区高考招生倾斜政策的直接动因。本文分析此项政策的目标定位、实施影响及面临的问题,提出配套改革建议。主要包括:切实贯彻贫困地区教育均衡发展政策;确保高考招生专项计划选拔的公平公正;改善中西部贫困地区就业条件,减少人才外流;协调“异地高考“等改革举措以及继续调整部属院校招生属地倾斜政策。; The reform of economic and education is broadening college enrollment regional imbalance and student class differences,which is the direct reason of the implementation of college enrollment policy favors poor areas in Central and Western China.This paper analyzes the location,the implementation of the policy effects and problems,puts forward reform suggestions.Mainly includes: ensure the policy of balanced development of education in poor area be faithfully carried and the college enrollment plan of fairness and justice; improve the employment conditions in poor areas of Central and Western China and reduce the brain drain; coordinae the reform measures such as "immigration college entrance examination",and continue to adjust college enrollment policy favors some areas of ministry of education's universities.; 国家社会科学基金“十一五”规划2010年度教育学一般课题“中国近代大学通识教育与创新人才培养”[BAA100015]
