英文摘要高等教育自学考试制度涵盖高等教育考试属性、高等教育资源约束、高等教育考试政策等丰富内容。其发展逻辑主要系由高等教育考试的教育性、高等教育资源的稀缺性、高等教育凭证的增值性、国家教育考试的权威性以及高等教育政策的开放性等构成。为因应教育和社会需要的变化,在政策导向上,高等教育自学考试需以推动社会学习为核心诉求,在制度层面进行适应性改革和创新,注重考试品质,实现价值重构。; The self-taught examination system of higher education covers the exam attribute of higher education, the resource restraining of higher education,exam policy of higher education,and so on.The developing logic of this system was constituted by the educational attriute of exam for higher education,the scarcity of higher education resources,the accretive of higher education certificate,the authority of the national education examination and the openness of higher education policies.For changing education and social demand,promoting social study should be the core appeal for self-taught examination system of higher education in the aspect of policy orientation.As to the level of system,self-taught examination of higher education should be reformed and innovated adaptability,emphasize more on the quality of examination and achieve the value reconstruction.; 福建省教育厅社会科学研究重点项目“高等教育自学考试市场需求与发展定位研究”(JA09368S)
