大学的教学创新:MOOCs给我们的启示; Teaching Innovation in University:The Implications from MOOCs——Challenges and Responses from the Perspective of Teaching Responsibility

英文摘要在市场化的冲击下,一流大学正在像公司管理一样追逐资本和声望,把知识生产和公共关系作为办学指南,忽略了最基本的人才培育功能。研究与教学厚此薄彼,创新和卓越便华而不实。本文分析了MOOCS的演进与发展,认为它虽然不会颠覆大学教育,但却可能成为改变“重科研、轻教学“现象的契机;为应对MOOCS挑战,大学能做的是改变“一流“理念,帮助教师树立全面的学术责任观。本文据此提出了调整政府资源分配政策,改革大学评价考核体制,推动教师发展,重视教学改革等政策建议。; Under the tidal wave of marketization,the world class universities are taking knowledge production and public relationship as the missions and strategy of development,ignoring the basic function of educating talents.If we favour research more than teaching,innovation and excellence will turn to be specious.In this paper we analyze the evolution and development of MOOCs.We believe that although MOOCs would not overthrow the traditional university,it would definitely turn out to be an opportunity to change the phenomenon of "research- teaching unbalance".To cope with the challenge of MOOCs,university should reconstruct the concept of"excellence",and help faculty to establish the comprehensive understanding of"academic duties".Based on the analysis,universities are also suggested to adjust the resource allocation policy,reform the evaluation system, promote faculty professional development,and put special emphasis on pedagogy reforms.; 教育部人文社会科学青年基金项目“中国高校教师的学术责任建构与学术道德建设”(项目编号:10YJC880136)和中央高校基本科研业务费(项目编号:2010221036)的研究成果
