英文摘要文章基于投入产出理论的视角,运用因子分析方法,结合某高校实际情况建构了一套高校内部绩效评估指标体系。该指标体系包含投入与产出两大类、6个方面、17个具体指标。这套高校内部绩效评估指标体系是建立在理论和实证基础上的,拥有良好的信度和效度,具有很高的科学性。; The indicators system of internal performance evaluation in colleges and universities is constructed,which is based on the perspective of input-output theory,factor analysis method and a university's actual situation.The indicators system includes two categories of input and output,six aspects,and seventeen specific indicators.The indicators system of internal performance evaluation is based on theory and practice,which has good reliability and validity,and high science.
