英文摘要	作为建立在初始教育基础上的职后教育,高校继续教育已成为终身教育体系的重要组成部分。科技发展与产业升级的现实背景,加快继续教育发展的政策红利,高校资源扩充等为高校继续教育的发展提供了机遇。高校继续教育发展面临着继续教育的观念与意识尚未解冻,继续教育需求多样化,新兴高等继续教育机构兴起,高校继续教育伪市场化,高校继续教育理论研究滞后等挑战。高校继续教育的未来应对策略包括定位清晰化、经营市场化、资源开放化、视野国际化、项目特色化、管理规范化。; As a post-work education built on the basis of initial education,higher continuing education now has been an important part of the lifelong education system.The opportunities for its development include the real background of technological development and industrial upgrading,the dividend policies for accelerating the development of higher continuing education,and the objective foundation of resources expanding in the universities and colleges.The development of higher continuing education faced with many challenges,such as the instability of concepts and the consciousnesses in continuing education,people's diversified demands for continuing education,the rising of newly developing higher continuing education institutions,the pseudo marketization of higher continuing education,the lagging of the theoetical research in higher continuing education.The coping strategy for higher continuing education shall rely on the sharpness of orientation,marketization of operation,opening of resources,internationalization of horizon,differentiation of project and standardization of management.
