英文摘要	校园文化建设是一个长期、系统的工程,新建地方院校校园文化建设存在着总体规划上重物质轻精神建设、活动设计上重休闲娱乐轻学术熏陶、特色打造上自觉意识不强、建设机制较单一等问题,主要原因是办学理念不明确、规划与组织管理不力、建设主体素质不高、校园文化积淀不深,等等。对此,依循“理念目标-方案设计-实践探索“的思路,可采取的基本策略包括:塑造大学精神,确立文化核心;精心做好规划,强化组织管理;加强内涵建设,打造文化品牌;注重创新推进,落实保障机制。; Campus culture development is a long-term and systematic project.There exist some problems in campus culture development of newly-established local colleges and they are as follows:emphasizing material development while neglecting spirit development in overall plan,emphasizing entertainment while neglecting academic nurture in activity design,lack of self-consciousness in making features and a unitary system of development.The reason for these problems lies in indefinite ideas of developing college,ineffective plan and management,lower quality of constructors,and poor campus culture.The solutions to the problems are creating college spirit,enhancing organizational management,strengthening inner development,and attaching importance to creation and security mechanism.; 泉州市2011年社会科学研究重点项目“泉州市高校文化建设与提升区域文化软实力研究”(编号:2011Z08)之研究成果
