英文摘要	黄埔一期创造世界军校史上奇迹的深层原因是多方面的,如革命背景、国共合作、苏联援助以及教学严格等内外在因素,但其注重生源质量、强调组织保障、考查全面严格、选拔不拘一格、突出政治思想以及兼顾考试公平等招考理念及措施,对确保一期生的整体质量及培养潜质具有决定性作用,甚至对黄埔军校的创办及其此后的发展亦具有重要价值和意义。探讨黄埔一期招考的成功经验,对我国现代军事院校及研究型高校招生制度改革,促进高、精、尖等创新型人才的选拔培养,依然具有重要的启示与借鉴意义。; The reasons that the first stage of Whampoa Military Academy makes miracles in world military academy history are manifold,including the revolutionary background,the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party,the support from the Soviet Union and strict teaching.However,emphasizing the quality of student source and the assurance of organization,examing overall and strictly and recruiting all kinds of talented students,stressing political thought and taking into account the equity of examination are decisive for assuring the whole quality and culturing potentiality of first stage students and even of great value and significance for the establishment and development of Whampoa Military Academy.The successful experience of the first stage of examination and admissions of Whampoa Military Academy still has enlightenment for the reform of admissions of modern military academy and research universities and for the selection and training of creative talents.; 国家社会科学基金教育学重点课题“高校招生制度改革研究”(AFA110008)成果之一
