英文摘要	在我国,高职教育的定位是培养技能型人才,然而此定位很大程度上是在特殊情境下生成的,具有一定的限制性。高职本科和应用型本科的培养目标都是技术型本科人才,其人才培养的实质相同而称谓相异,这与我国教育发展背景有关。民办本科院校应明确定位于高职本科,以培养中高级技术型人才为目标,突出应用性和技术性“因子“建设,集中体现在学科、专业、课程、教学方法、师资等方面。; Higher vocational education is oriented to bring up skilled talents,but this talent-orientation is not complete.The institute which undertakes four-year higher vocational education and the institute which is application-oriented both locates to bring up technical talents in essence,although their name is different.Non-governmental four-year higher education institutes should be oriented as bringing up medium and senior technical talents,and it should reform and innovate on discipline,specialties,courses,teaching ways and teaching staff construction.; 2012年厦门大学基础创新基金研究生项目(201222G010)资助
