英文摘要本科院校在办学上的“研究型“、“应用型“以及“技能型“的分类定位在很大程度上促进了我国高等学校分类体系的深入发展与完善,但地方本科院校在实际的应用型发展中存在着严重的向“研究型“大学看齐的错误发展倾向,这具体表现在地方本科院校教师教育专业在应用型人才的招生、培养以及评价三个方面,以至于教师教育专业人才出现职业性向的不确定和应用型能力培养的不足以及社会评价维度的缺失等问题,从而对于基础教育之中教师专业信念的确立和教师专业发展造成了一定的负面影响。; The classification of "research type","application type" and "skill type" in running of universities in our country has promoted the further development and perfection of classification system to a large extent.But wrong development tendency of siding to research universities appears in local universities' applied development,presenting in enrollment,cultivation and evaluation of applied talents in local colleges' education major.Therefore,such problems as uncertainty of career orientation,deficiency of applied ability cultivation and lack of evaluative dimension will cause serious negative impact on teachers' professional beliefs and teachers' professional development in basic edcuation.
