英文摘要	台湾私立高等教育经过60余年的发展,历经兴起发展阶段、整顿提升阶段、跨越式发展阶段、再度调整阶段4个发展阶段,形成了比较完整的体系。在其发展过程中呈现出自身的特点,如私立高等教育体系完整、办学层次上移、私立高等教育法律法规体系比较健全、私立高等教育办学主体和经费来源多元化等特点,这为我国大陆民办高校的发展提供了一定的启示和借鉴。; With more than 60 years of development,the private higher education system in Taiwan has formed a relatively integrated system,which includes four stages of the stage of the rise and development,the stage of enhancement and consolidation,the stages of leapfrog development,the stage of re-adjustment development.In the course of its development presents its own characteristics,such as a complete system of private higher education,the educational level moving up,a relatively sound legal system for the private higher education,the diversification of the funding and main body of running the university of the private higher education,which provide some inspiration and reference for the development of mainland private universities in China.
