英文摘要	我国部分高校开始试点的研究生奖学金制度,打破了公费生和自费生的界限,给所有入学硕士研究生公平竞争奖学金的机会。但奖学金制度在操作过程中,等级设置悬殊,评定内容缺乏科学性,评定过程缺乏规范性,使硕士生学术兴趣被扼杀、同学关系冷漠化、生活无序化。完善奖学金评定方法,减轻研究生的心理压力,应成为高教研究者关注的问题。; Some Chinese universities are beginning to practice a postgraduate scholarship system,breaking the governmental and self support boundary and encouraging the competition for the scholarship through individual efforts.However,in the course of its practice,there have emerged many problems,which have brought many postgraduate students under great mental pressure.The fundamental approach to reduce their pressure is to establish a scientific evaluation system and standardize the evaluating procedures.; 教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划“中美研究生培养模式比较研究”(NECT-09-0679)
