英文摘要	近期,随着一系列入伍优惠政策的颁布,我国兴起了一股女大学生从军热的现象。尽管影响女大学生从军的外部原因是复杂多样的,但起主导作用的还是内在原因,即女大学生对从军的自我追求。他们在从军的途中将会遇到传统与现代、理想与现实、自尊与自卑、渴望和害怕成功等挑战。在引导女大学生投身军事领域时,军队应正确对待女大学生的入伍动机,加强对其的尊重和关爱;高校应坚持以科学的教育引导为主,帮助女大学生积极的应对挑战;女大学生应不断加强自我的磨练,增强主体意识。; Recently,with the promulgation of a series of preferential policies for recruitment,there appears a phenomenon of zeal of China’s female college students joining the army.Although the external reasons that impact female college students to join the army are various,the leading role is the internal reason: their self-pursue to join the army.They will encounter many challenges such as tradition VS modernism,ideals VS reality,self-esteem VS inferiority,aspiration VS fear of success.Therefore,the military should correctly deal with the motivation of female college students and show them more respect and care;while colleges should adhere to educate and guide and help them to actively respond to any challenges;and female college students should continuously strengthen self-tempering and enhance their subject consciousness.
