英文摘要高考以其独特功能而事关教育改革全局,教师、学生和家长是高考改革的最直接利益关联方,他们的教育选择行为及其隐喻对于改革的成功与否关系重大。研究集成专家咨询法与层次分析法设计出三套问卷,利用分类整群抽样方法,对云南全部2683名高三毕业班班主任、33065名高三毕业生及其家长进行了全样本调查,调查数据采用dPS9.5和SPSS16.0处理。结果显示,利益关联方对高考制度及其改革评价较高,对高考改革的内容、措施和效果有比较理性的认识,对高考诚信与反作弊、平行志愿也多持积极态度,这背后除了利益集团因素的驱动外,更多的是改革相关者教育理性行为的折射。; The senior headteachers,senior students and their parents are the most directly stakeholders of CEE reform,because of which related to the education reform,so theirs educational choice behaviors and theirs metaphorical have great effect to the success of CEE and education reform.This research integrated expert analysis and analytic hierarchy process to design three questionnaire,used column sampling method by classified sampling to total samples survey of 2683 senior graduating class headteachers,33065 senior graduating students and their parents,then uesd DPS 9.50 and SPSS16.0 to deal with the survey data.The conclusion is that stakeholders give a good assessment to CEE and its reform,and have compared rational knowledge to the content, measure and effect of CEE reform,also adopted positive attitude to credit of CEE,counter-cheating and parallel wish,and which effected by interest groups,but also more effected by education rational behaviors of reform stakeholders.; 云南省政府系统决策咨询研究项目“云南省高考制度改革与自主招生研究”(2009);全国教育科学规划教育考试研究专项教育部重点课题“云南省教育考试网络平台的多功能开发与运行研究”(GFA097026);全国教育考试“十一五”科研规划重点课题“新形势下云南省全国统一高考的改革研究”(2009JKS1042)联合资助成果
