英文摘要	法俄美三国的特色型大学有着分类明确、学科优势突出、服务面向集中等诸多特点。借鉴这些国家的经验,我国特色型大学应进一步明确发展思路,具体为:可以增加相关学科,但不必非走综合化的道路;可以弱化业务部门管理,但不可放弃优势学科;继续保持与行业企业的紧密合作;借鉴通才教育模式,仍以培养专门人才为主要目标;加强与综合性大学沟通,实现资源共享、共同发展。; The characteristic university in France,Russia and the United States have the following features:category clear, prominent disciplines advantages,services specific and so on.Referring their experiences, the development clues of characteristic universities in China are: relative disciplines can be increased, but the comprehensive development road isn't necessary; the management from sectors can be weakened, but the superior disciplines can't be abandoned; close relationship with enterprise and industries should be maintained; the talent cultivation model of generality education can be referred, but the objective of cultivating special talents should be insisted; communication with comprehensive universities should be strengthened.
