英文摘要	中世纪大学与宋代书院大致处于同一时期。中世纪大学是现代大学的雏形,书院则传承和影响了近千年来的中国文化。它们在世界教育史和文化史上都占有重要地位,被誉为“东西方两颗璀璨的明珠“。本文以“大学之母“巴黎大学和“天下第一书院“白鹿洞书院为例,研究中世纪大学和书院的教学组织的特点和异同,这对比较中西教育思想及今天的大学教学管理不乏借鉴意义。; The medieval universities and classical academies in Song Dynasty are roughly in the same period.The medieval universities are the rudiment of modern universities.Classical Academies inherited and affected the Chinese culture of less than 1000 years.They take an important position in the history of education and culture in the world and are honored as two colorful pearls in the east and the west.Taking Paris University and Bai Lu Dong Academy as examples,the paper researches their teaching organizations' characteristics.It has significance in the comparison of Chinese and Western educational ideas and today's university teaching management.
