英文摘要	近年来我国高新区进入“二次创业“的转型发展新阶段。本文简要分析了影响厦门火炬高新区发展的宏观环境因素,认为厦门火炬高新区实现转型升级对于其可持续发展具有重要意义,并在研究厦门火炬高新区的现状后,从功能转型、空间重构、产业升级、体制创新四个方面探讨其实现转型发展的路径。; Chinese hi- tech development zones have been in a transition period called"second- time pioneer"for recent years.This paper analyses the macro environmental factors that influence the development of Xiamen Torch Hi- Tech Industrial Development Zone,concludes that transition of Xiamen Torch Hi-Tech Zone is significant to its sustainability,and explores the transition path of Xiamen Torch Hi- Tech Zone from the perspectives of function,space,industry and management system after studying its current status.; 国家自然科学基金(项目批准号:51208444); 教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金(批准号:11YJCZH058); 福建科技厅软科学研究基金(项目编号:2011R0084)联合资助
