英文摘要	传统民居作为地域文化的直接载体,其产生和发展与当地的地理、气候、社会、文化等因素休戚相关,具有鲜明的地缘关联性,从而衍变出形式迥异的民居类型。通过比较分析闽南大厝和北京四合院两种典型合院民居之间的差异,可以从中挖掘出隐藏在形式背后的地域涵义,不仅可以更加明确其外在的形式特征,还可以透过这些历史遗存的表征现象去深入挖掘其背后隐藏的时空背景,这将对当代地域性建筑的研究有很大的启发和参考价值。; Traditional Vernacular Architecture is a direct carrier of regional culture.The generating and development of it is relevant with local factors such as geography,climate,society and culture background.As a result of the obvious connection with regional characteristics,traditional vernacular dwellings are developing into multiple forms.Through the analysis of differences between Beijing Quadrangle and Da Cuo in south of Fujian,regional feature of this two areas can be explored more deeply.And then the form characteristics will be more definite and the space- time background of those historic relics will be further discovered.It is really an enlightening thing with much reference value to the contemporary research of regional architecture.
