土霉素、甲烯土霉素和强力霉素的化学发光分析法; Study on Chemiluminescence Method for Oxytetracycline,Methacycline and Deoxycycline

英文摘要在碱性介质中,铜氨络离子会催化过氧化氢与土霉素、甲烯土霉素或强力霉素的化学发光反应,表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAb)对该反应具有增敏作用.发光强度与土霉素、甲烯土霉素或强力霉素的含量分别在8.0x10-8~8.0x10-6MOl/l、5.0x10-8~5.0x10-6MOl/l和1.0x10-7~1.0x10-5MOl/l的范围内分两个量程呈线性关系.7次平行测定的相对标准偏差分别为1.8%~4.1%、2.4%~3.5%和2.5%~4.0%.标准加入的回收率为99.6%~101.4%、99.1%~102.3%和99.4%~101.4%.应用于尿液中这3种四环素类药物的回收测定,结果满意; The chemiluminescence reactions of oxytetracycline ( OTC ), methacycline ( MC) or deoxycycline(DC) with hydrogen peroxide were catalysed by the [Cu(NH3)4]2+ ion in ammonia medium.The CL intensities were enhanced by CTMAB.The CL intensities were linear with their contents in 8.0×10-8~8.0×10-6, 5.0×10-8 ~5.0×10-6 and 1.0×10-7~5.0×10-5 mol/L for OTC,MC and DC respectively.The relative standard deviations for 7 determinations were from 1.8~4.1,2.4~3.5 and 2.5~4.0 % for OTC,MC and DC respectively.The recoveries were from 99.6~101.4,99.1~102.3 and 99.4~101.4 % for OTC,MC and DC respectively .This method can be used to the determinations of OTC,MC and DC in urine with satisfactory results.; 福建省自然科学基金
