| 英文摘要 | 四环素化学发光分析法研究1黎朝王尊本（厦门大学化学系材料和生命过程分析科学国家教委开放研究实验室厦门361005）四环素（TC）是一种广谱性的抗生素药物，可用于许多种菌类感染的治疗.近年来还应用于多种囊肿、皮肤病和淋病等的治疗，也可以作为胃癌的诊断［...; A continuous Flow chemiluminometric method For the determination of tetracycline is described.The reaction with hydrogen peroxide occurs aFter alkaline degradation of tetracycline, catalysed by the copper ion in ammonia medium.Its chemiluminescence intensity is enhanced by about 6～8 Fold aFte radding CTMAB solution.The linear range of 2×10 -7 ～8×10 -5 mol/L is obtaned.This method has been successFully applied to the determination of tetracycline in tablet with satisFactory results.; 福建省自然科学基金 |
