英文摘要本文提出了表面活性剂增敏碱性降解同步荧光测定强力霉素(dC)和土霉素(OTC)新法。土霉素和强力霉素在0.1MOl/lnAOH溶液中反应,生成强荧光降解物,加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAb)后,荧光强度分别增加4.2倍和10.7倍。其同步荧光峰在△λ=70nM时基本分离,OTC和dC浓度比在1+40~10+1范围内可同时测定OTC和dC。本法测定尿液中OTC和dC的回收率为90%~104%。; A new synchronous Fluorimetric method For the simultaneous determination of doxycycline(DC) and oxytetracycline(OTC) is proposed.The degradation products of DC and OTC in 0.1mol/L NaOH are strongly Fluorescent.The addition of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) enhances the Fluorescence intensities 10.7-Fold and 4.2-Fold,respectively.The synchronous Fluorescence spectra of DC and OTC degradation products do not interFere each other under the condition that △λ=70nm.They can be determined simultaneously in the range of DC+OTC ratio of 40+1~1+10.The recoveries of DC and OTC in urine samples are in the range of 90%~104%.; 厦门大学育苗基金
