英文摘要	US Department of Energy [FG02-86ER-13569]; China Scholarship Council; Ni(IMes)(2) (IMes = N,N'-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)imidazole) was prepared and reacted with dimethyldisulfide. A novel trinuclear product (IMes)(SMe)Ni(mu-SMe)(2)Ni(mu-SMe)(2)Ni(SMe)(IMes) (1) was obtained containing both bridging and non-bridging methylsulfido groups. The crystal of 1 belongs to triclinic space group P-1 with unit cell dimensions a = 9.6664(5) , b = 12.8304(6) , c = 16.1842(8) , alpha = 70.0370(10)A degrees, beta A = 73.0050(10)A degrees, gamma A = 86.7240(10)A degrees, V = 1802.20(15) (3), Z = 1, D (calcd) = 1.294 Mg m(-3), and F(000) = 730.
