英文摘要Anisotropy is a basic property of crystals.Various facets or surfaces have different atomic structures and dangling bonds etc.,which may result in different physical/chemical properties.Therefore,some physical/chemical properties of the crystals(especially for nano-crystals) can be tuned by controlling exposed crystal planes.Recently,controls of the surface structure of nanoparticles have been becoming a hot research topic in the field of chemistry and material science.In this article,we firstly make a brief overview of research achievements in the world in this field.Then,we focused on the recent research progress about the control of exposed nano-crystal facets with high surface energy of several functional metal oxides.
