英文摘要作者简介 郭海亮(1980-),女,山西省交城县人,硕士生。联系人 林仁存, 电话.0592-2186889 E-Mail:rclin@tom.com; [中文文摘]在常压、反应温度620℃、液态空速0.6 h~(-1)、乙苯与水的体积比1:2的反应条件下,考察了乙苯脱氢反应中的 CO_2和CO 对工业乙苯脱氧 Fe-K-Ce-Mo-O 系催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明,通入 CO_2和 CO 后,乙苯转化率下降幅度分别为16~30个百分点和19~36个百分点。利用 X 射线衍射、红外光谱、X 射线光电子能谱技术对催化剂进行了表征,探讨了催化剂活性衰减的原因。表征结果显示,CO_2破坏了催化剂表面上的活性位 Fe—O—K键,随 CO_2含量的增加,催化剂活性降低的幅度增大;催化剂表面 Fe_3O_4(KFeO_2)物相被 CO 还原成 FeO,随 CO 含量的增加,Fe~(2+)/Fe~(3+)比值升高,导致催化剂活性下降。[英文文摘]Effect of CO and CO2 treatment of Fe-K-Ce-Mo-O catalyst on ethylbenzene dehydrogenation activity were investigated.The reaction conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 620℃,atmospheric pressure,LHSV 0.6 h~(-1)and ratio of steam to ethylbenzene(in volume)1:2.Conversion of ethylbenzene decreased 16-30 percent and 19-36 percent respectively after the catalyst treated by CO_2 and CO.Crystalline structure and surface state of the catalyst were characterized by means of XRD,IR and XPS.CO2 destroyed the active site of Fe-O-K bond and along with the increasing of CO2 amount the activily decreased continuously.Besides Fe3O4 (KFeO2) on surface of catalyst was reduced into FeO by CO,which resulted in obvious lowering of catalyst activity.The effect of CO was worse than that of CO2 for catalyst activity.; 厦门市创新基金项目(3502220031083)
