英文摘要噻咯(silole音译)因具有独特的电子结构和光电性能,已成为近年来研究的热点。官能化噻咯作为重要的噻咯衍生物,不仅在有机合成领域占重要地位,而且是建构新型π共轭体系的重要组成部分。本文介绍了官能化噻咯的两种重要合成方法,即炔的内向 内向型分子内还原关环法和环内金属转换法,并对其特点、适用范围及发展方向作了分析和展望。Silole has been t he focus of recent investigations due to it s unique elect ronic st ructures. Functionalized siloles , as an important group of silole derivatives , not only play an important role in organometallic synt hesis , but were the main constit uent s for t he const ruction of π2conjugated compounds. Two important routes to pre2 pare f unctionalized siloles , namely“endo2endo mode int ramolecular reductive cyclization of diynes”and“metalla2 cycle t ransfer”, were reviewed in this paper . The property , application scope and prospect of each met hod are al so discussed.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(29774019)
