英文摘要 | How to reduce the industrial preparation cost of thin film photocatalyst is very important to promote the application of nanometer photocatalyst technology in industrial production. This paper mainly focused on coating nanometer TiO2 (dioxide titanium) particles on solid substrates for air cleaning. The results revealed that the film could be prepared as following: The catalyst agent of complex crystal phase TiO2 powder amended with Pt were mixed with the template of PEG (poly ethylene glycol) 6000 into a suspension solution by sonication. The commercial aluminum honeycomb plate was selected for the substrates, which was coated with the above solution by dipping six to seven times, then air-dried and calcined at 350°C for 1 h to get the thin film. This research has proved that the TiO2 film doping P25/Pt exhibits high photo-catalytic activity, which leading to a higher formaldehyde degradation efficiency compared to the one without doping. The calcination temperature at 350 °C benefited for preventing aluminum honeycomb plates to deform at the temperate 450-600°C in conventional sol-gel method. Overall, this technology significantly increased the stability and reduced the batch production cost of thin TiO2 photocatalyst film. ? 2011 IEEE. |
