英文摘要The thermodynamis character of three basic probes and a neutral reference compound were investigated as a function of temperature using four novel high performance liquid chromatography columns that are amide-type, amine-type and ester-type stationary phases at both pH 3.0 and pH 7.0. The results showed that considerable differences of retention for bases at pH 3.0 might result from the existence of polar group in the long chain alkyl chain on the packing. The Delta H-0 values of four probes on four novel columns and a conventional C-8 column were calculated according the van Deemter curves. The separation results of basic samples on the novel columns and C-8 column shold amide-type and amine-type exceed ester-type and ether-type, but their all exceed conventional C-8 column according to absolute values of Delta H-0, correlation coefficient and practical separation.
