英文摘要	It is very important to find a comprehensive cost-effective way not only to solve the manure pollution problem but also to utilize the nutrients in manure for agriculture on the basis of local farming situation. Gekou, the small hoggery village in the densely swine-farming core area of the upstream watershed, was selected as the study site. The study aims to develop a programming of land-use to treat hoggery manure and drainage. An inexact system model based on uncertain interval numbers were used to generate optimal layout of land-utilization according to local situation. This was done through concerning on the excess TN and the excess TP from manure operations not only as nutrients applied to croplands, but also as pollutants minimized in compliance with environmental criteria. 5 alternatives for field application of manure and drainage are considered in this model. Results indicated that the programming of land-utilization can help attain the pollution treatment goal on basis of the tradeoffs between economic profit and environmental demand, while the latter being achieved only at some expense to farm net returns. The kaleyard and fishpond are recommended alternatives for field application of manure and drainage compared with three other alternatives. The current situation of the hoggery village should be further improved.
