英文摘要	穴法包括取穴方法和腧穴处方两个方面。窦默在取穴方面十分强调定位的准确性，总结了不少具有普遍指导意义的取穴原则和简便易行的取穴方法；在腧穴处方方面，窦氏十分重视腧穴功能的特异性，倡用八脉交会穴和其它特定穴，选穴少而精，并注重选择针刺时机，这是他取得较好临床效果的重要原因。; Theory of acupoints chieFly includes two aspects:the location and the prescription.Don Mo,on the First aspect,emphasizes greatly the accuracy,and has summarized number of point-locating principles which possess the universally-guiding signiFicance and simple but practicel point-locating methods.On the second aspect,he stresses the speciFic actions of acupoints,advocates the use of eight conFluent points and other speciFic points and the prescription of lesg but essential points,and lays attention on choosing appropriate time of needling which is thereFore one of the important reasons why he obtained Fairly satisFoctory clinical eFFect.
