英文摘要	随着经济的不断转型,科技在促进经济增长中发挥越来越重要的作用。深入研究科技进步对经济增长的影响,具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文利用索罗余值法测算1990-2013福建省的科技贡献率,分析科技进步对福建省经济发展的影响并提出建议。; With the continuous transformation of economy,science and technology play a more andmore important role in economic growth.It is of great theoretical and realistic importance to study theinfluence of scientific and technological progress on economic growth.The Solow residual method wasadopted in this paper to measure the contribution rate of science and technology from 1990 to 2013 inFujian Province, the influence of scientific and technological progress on the economic development ofFujian Province was analyzed and some suggestions were put forward.; 福建省软科学项目“海峡西岸科技服务体系建设理论与实证研究”(2013R0093); 厦门市重点招标项目“厦门市‘十二五’科技发展专项规划执行情况评估”
