英文摘要	随着组织网络架构的出现和组织间边界的模糊,权力研究的边界也从单个组织内部延伸到了整个网络组织。决定网络组织内部权力大小的影响因素众多,但溯其根源,知识和位置已经成为最重要的因素,而由此决定的权力在更大程度上具有动态的变迁性。本文提出了知识权力和权力整合两个分析框架,对这种组织间权力的来源和变迁进行了分析。; The researches of power are shifting from single organization to network organization,along with the popularization of network and illegibility of boundary of organizations.In many factors,knowledge and position are the most influential ones and the shifting of those powers is more sensitive and severe.This article puts forward two frameworks of knowledge power and power integration to analyze the origin and shifting of power.
