英文摘要	我国建立自由贸易区的作用之一是进一步提升货物通关便利化程度,增强港口现代化综合服务优势,促进贸易便利化。文中基于福建自贸区批准设立的背景,以港口通关便利化为研究对象,分析了三种常见的货物通关方式。并且通过调研厦门当地企业,借鉴通关便捷程度高的香港、新加坡自由港的通关政策、模式,分析了厦门港口在现有通关模式下存在的主要问题,并提出在福建自贸区建设中厦门港口在货物通关方面可以进行优化的措施与建议。; To further improve the level of facilitation of cargo clearance,enhance the advantage of comprehensive service of our port and promote trade facilitation are one of the aims building Chinese free trade zone.This article will analyze three common methods of clearance based on the approval of building free trade zone in Fujian and study the facilitation of port clearance especially the free trade zone of Hong Kong and Singapore,who have respectively high level of clearance.And by research local firms in Xiamen,this article will also analyze the problems of the clearance model of Xiamen port and propose some suggestions on how to optimize the cargo clearance of it.
