英文摘要	我国企业国际成长与西方发达国家大相径庭,西方发达国家企业大都以出口方式为起始,进而展开国际扩展,而我国则首先运用对外援助的方式。改革开放以后,我国企业国际成长突飞猛进,具有多元化投资主体、集中化地域分布、多样化行业选择、合营化扩展方式、小型化项目规模的特点。目前,我国企业国际成长正处于海外布点的攻坚阶段,应实行“雁行”总体战略,其基本战略可从三方面着手:即成长地域的逐步扩大、成长行业的逐步扩大和成长方式的逐步扩大。; The global expansion of China's enterprises is a lot diFFerent From those of western countries which started mostly with export, while China's started with Foreign aid to other countries.Since reForm and open policy started, China's enterprises have developed rapidly and internationally and have the character of plural investment projects, concentrated region-al spread, varied business choice and joint-venture operation.This paper points out that now China's international enterprises are in the stage of " craking a hard nut" in a rational ar-rangement overseas and that it is necessary to carry out an overall strategy of " wild-geese Flying Formation".The basic strategy of China's enterprises should set about in three ways: gradually expanding grown-up regions, gradually expanding the growing-up profFessions and gradually expanding the grow-up patterns.
