西藏社会工作人才培养的“三进”方案设计; “Three Entry” Scheme for Practice in Cultivating Tibet Social Workers

英文摘要社会建设的背景之下社会工作日益凸显专业优势,成为生机勃发的朝阳专业。同时,社会工作人才实务能力不足的瓶颈,始终制约着社会工作职业化进程。西藏社会工作人才面向西藏跨越式发展,根植于藏传佛教文化谱系,服务于西藏社会公平与正义,更需要紧密联系现实,拓展实务能力。笔者认为,要有意识促成西藏社工人才培养“三进“方案,社工进社区参与社区建设,社工进院舍参与专业服务,社工进民政参与福利政策制定,从而完成理论与实践相得益彰的西藏社会工作人才培养,并建构西藏社会工作人才培养模式。; Social work are becoming hot and growing professional advantage in the background of social construction, however, being lack of practical ability, the professionalization process are restricted.Tibet Social Workers are facing the leapfrog development of Tibet, root in the lineage of Tibetan Buddhism culture, serving the social fairness and justice of Tibet, need more practical ability.In our opinion, it is important to develop"Three Entry"scheme in practice teaching.Social workers can participate in community construction, provide professional services in welfare homes, involve in policy formulation.Theory and practice training will promote each other because of"Three Entry"scheme, and contribute to construct the social work personnel training mode in Tibet.
