英文摘要	在系统分析跨国公司企业社会责任建设现状基础上,得出生态社会责任弱化或缺失是其面临的主要问题。研究表明:国民生态意识薄弱、国家法治体系不太健全,政府生态制度及体系设计不太合理等是造成在华跨国公司社会责任缺失的主要原因,最后根据研究结果从国民生态意识建设、政府生态环境治理、构建企业社会责任法治秩序、培育建设多元主体与健全内省机制等方面提出对策建议,其目的是将生态理念融入到在华跨国公司社会责任建设之中。; On the basis of the analysis of the construction of social responsibility of Multi-National Corporation, the main problems are that the social responsibility is weakened or absent.Research shows: weak national ecological consciousness, and the state law system is not perfect, government ecological system and system design is not reasonable, etc.which is the main reason for the lack of social responsibility of the Multi-National Corporation in China.Finally, according to results from the construction of national ecological consciousness, government management of ecological environment, building corporate social responsibility legal order, it fosters the construction of multi subject and perfect introspection mechanism etc.to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.It aims to integrate the ecological concept into the social responsibility of the Multi-National Corporation in China.; 福建省社会科学规划项目“福建省在华跨国公司企业社会责任的国别差异化与对策研究”(2013C102); 福建省高等学校杰出青年科研人才培育计划“美丽城市建设评价体系及发展机理研究:福建案例研究”(JAS14112)
